Business Development Manager-Retail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers in the retail industry.
• Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field sales visits to showcase products at construction sites, homes, or offices to generate leads and close deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to develop strategies for market expansion and brand growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-14 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (preferably in Retail).
• Excellent communication skills for effective HNI client handling Field Sales Direct Sales Lead Generation.
