Business Development Manager – Riyadh

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify, engage, and build relationships with new business partners across the Saudi market, driving sustainable growth for the company. This person is results-driven, well-connected, and able to think strategically while executing hands-on to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and business partners to drive growth
• Leverage an existing network and client base to expand the company's reach
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to contract closure
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Think critically when planning to ensure execution and project success
• Track performance against sales targets and report on pipeline progress

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience, ideally within the Saudi market
• Strong, active network and proven ability to acquire new clients
• PMP Certification required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of executing successful development strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Valid driving license and valid residency (Iqama) for residents
