Business Development Manager (Sales & Strategy)

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager – Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. The role conducts market and financial analyses, supports due diligence, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive corporate growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate M&A, joint venture, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and business case development.
• Support due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Strategy, and external advisors throughout the deal process.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A.
• Strong background in financial modeling, business valuation, due diligence, and strategic analysis.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
