Business Development Manager (Sales)

Role & responsibilities

• Business development and lead generation in the Oil & Gas sector.
• End-to-end Government Tendering (bid preparation, submission, and tender tracking).
• Techno-commercial proposal preparation and cost estimation.
• Arranging Client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Experience in Instrumentation products sales.
• Strong client relationship and key account management.
• Experience dealing with Government Oil & Gas Companies, EPCs.
• Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal and e-tendering.
• Market analysis and business strategy to achieve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the oil & gas industry, with a focus on tender management, costing estimation, and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of the oil & gas sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google drive.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
