🚀 HIRING: REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - APAC
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive enterprise business growth across Asia Pacific for HR technology and workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new enterprise clients across APAC.
- Drive sales of HRMS, HCM, Global Payroll, Payroll Outsourcing & EOR solutions .
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Procurement & C-level stakeholders .
- Lead RFP/RFI processes and coordinate with regional/global teams.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, partnerships and industry events.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in HRMS/HCM, Payroll, EOR, HR Tech or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of new business hunt.
