CONTINENTAL BRIDGE AUS

WHY THIS ROLE

Commission of 15-35% on every deal you close, uncapped. Close $500k and you earn around $185k. Close $1M and you earn over $300k.

Sell a real product with real customers. No 6-month training wait.

Report directly to the founder. Decisions in hours, not weeks.

ABOUT US
Booster is an operations platform for fresh produce distributors, wholesalers, packhouses and food distributors. It runs orders, stock, wastage, pricing, picking, packing and delivery in one system, with built-in AI for customer service, pricing and quoting. It has been built since 2016 by Continental Bridge Pty Ltd, a Melbourne software company with its own development team. Customers go live before they pay the deployment fee. We also build custom software and AI solutions for businesses with specific problems to solve.
WHAT YOU WILL SELL

Booster software, plus implementation and deployment

Data migration projects (moving customers off spreadsheets and old systems)

Custom software development and outsourcing projects

AI applications that solve a specific business problem (customer service bots, pricing, quoting, automation)

Typical deal size: $30k-$300k. Typical customer: a business with 10-300 staff that still runs on Excel, WhatsApp and paper.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Find and win new customers. This is a hunting role, not an account management role.

Use your own network in food distribution, fresh produce, wholesale, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing to open doors.

Run the whole sale: first call, site visit, demo (with our team), proposal, close.

Work with our delivery team to scope projects and hand over cleanly.

Own a target of $500k closed sales in your first 12 months.

WHO WE WANT

5+ years selling software, ERP, IT services or technology projects to business owners and managers.

A record of closing deals of $30k+ and hitting targets. You will show us the numbers.

An existing network you can call on day one. Food, produce, wholesale, logistics, cold-chain, warehousing or manufacturing is ideal. Any network of SME owners and operations managers works.

Comfortable explaining software to people who are not technical.

Self-driven. You will build your own pipeline. There is no SDR team feeding you leads.

You must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or hold a New Zealand passport. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). A driver's licence is required.

PAY

$85,000 base + 12% super

Commission, uncapped, paid monthly: 30% of first-year software fees, 15% of project and services revenue, 20% of AI project revenue, with a higher rate once you pass $500k

$6,000 pipeline bonus ($2,000 for each of your first 3 months), paid in full when you sign your first customer contract of $30k or more

Laptop, phone and mileage for customer visits

Location: Kew, Melbourne. Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office plus customer visits.

HOW TO APPLY
Send your CV and 3-5 lines on the biggest deal you have closed: who the customer was, what you sold, the value, and how you found them. Please state your citizenship or residency status in your application. Apply here or email lk@booster.net.au. We interview within 48 hours and can make an offer within a week.
