Business Development Manager - (Staff Augmentation)

We are hiring for -

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in semiconductor / automotive / embedded companies (HR, Engineering Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, etc.)
• Pitch trained resources (freshers and laterals) for contract staffing models.
• Understand client hiring needs for VLSI, ASIC, Physical Design, Verification, and DFT roles.
• Coordinate with internal training and talent teams to match trained profiles with client requirements.
• Achieve placement targets and build a repeatable client pipeline.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and feedback on candidate performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, hiring expos, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in business development, corporate staffing, technical hiring, or talent placement in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor hiring needs ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification, etc.
• Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close placement deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
