Job Title: Business Development Manager (Telecom & Cloud ICT Solutions) (Telecom)

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities across all corporate sectors to drive revenue growth.

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

• Engage and build strong relationships with client stakeholders, particularly within the Public and Chinese FSI sectors.

• Collaborate closely with internal technical and post-sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues.

• Formulate strategic sales plans and provide accurate pipeline forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the telecommunications or systems integration (SI) industry.

• Deep understanding of telecommunications networks, cloud services, and ICT solutions.

• High level of self-motivation, independence, and adaptability to new technologies and solutions.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to manage diverse communication channels effectively.

• Willingness to travel to mainland China and the Greater Bay Area to support regional business expansion.
