Tigermed is building a new  Global Business Development Department  to accelerate our international growth. We are

looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial  Business Development professional in Europe  to develop new client relationships and grow Tigermed's business across Europe, China and Asia-Pacific.

Main Responsibilities

Drive Two-Way Business Growth

1. Grow Tigermed Europe revenue

• Identify and acquire new clients in Europe who are looking for  clinical development and clinical trial solutions in Europe .
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute directly to the growth of  Tigermed's European revenue .

2. Bring European clients to China & Asia-Pacific

• Identify European biotech and pharmaceutical companies that are interested in conducting  clinical trials in China and/or Asia-Pacific .
• Promote Tigermed's clinical development capabilities and help European clients access high-quality, efficient clinical trial solutions in these markets.
• Develop and convert opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and contract execution.

Build Strategic Client Relationships

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with European biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
• Understand clients' clinical development strategies and provide solutions that match their needs.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations and business development activities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.

Work Across the Global Organization

• Work closely with colleagues across  Europe, USA, China and Asia-Pacific  to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Coordinate with clinical operations, medical, regulatory, commercial and other internal teams.
• Represent Tigermed at international conferences, partnering meetings and industry events.
• Provide market intelligence and client insights to support the global business strategy.

Deliver Business Results

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of business opportunities.
• Achieve agreed  annual revenue and business development targets .
• Track opportunities from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and innovative business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in  Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field .
• 3+ years of experience in  business development, sales, partnering or commercial roles  within pharma, biotech, CRO or the life-science industry.
• Good understanding of the  clinical development process  and familiarity with ICH-GCP.
• Existing relationships with European biotech and pharmaceutical companies are a strong advantage.
• Excellent  communication, presentation and negotiation skills .
• Strong commercial mindset, networking ability and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent spoken and written  English ; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
