What We’re Looking for:

• Proven Sales Experience – A strong background in B2B & B2C sales is preferred. Whether you’ve worked in sales for years or have experience in other customer-facing roles, we want someone who is goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – You must have the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and close deals confidently.
• Motivated & Results-Driven – You’re someone who thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to hit targets and exceed expectations.
• Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – You have an understanding, and are willing to learn more about HVAC - Solar Battery industry, rebate programs, and how we can best serve our customers.
• Must Have a Valid Driver’s License & a Reliable Vehicle – Travel will be required to meet with clients at their homes or businesses.
• HVAC, Solar or Construction Experience is a Plus! – While not required, previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry would be beneficial and help you excel in the role.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Green Source, you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging residential customers who may benefit from energy-efficient HVAC and Solar Battery solutions.
• Educating homeowners and businesses on available energy-efficient upgrades and rebates to help them save money while contributing to sustainability.
• To visit each customer daily as per your schedule and close as many sales as possible on the spot and follow up with the remaining customers
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients through consultative sales and tailored solutions.
• Presenting and selling HVAC and Battery products and services with the goal of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, staying up-to-date on trends and best practices.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process and to share insights and best practices for continued improvement.
