Business Development Manager - Urgent

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in selling BPO/offshore professional IT services to mid-to-large Australian SME clients. Will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the Australian market. A deep understanding of outsourcing models, client business challenges, and the ability to articulate value-driven solutions is essential to succeed in this role.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, specifically in selling offshore/BPO IT services.
• Strong network and understanding of Australian SME markets, particularly mid-to-large enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to executive-level audiences.
• Experience working with remote/offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in IT service domains such as software development, support, cloud, or digital transformation is a plus.
• Based in NCR+ regions (Metro Manila and surrounding areas) to ensure accessibility and availability for in-person requirements
