Shift: US Shift 07:00PM IST to 04:00AM IST

Role & responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients, building vendor partnerships, and securing IT job orders for the internal recruiting team.
• Identify, prospect, and pitch IT staffing and staff augmentation services to new direct end-clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
• Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management systems (VMS/MSP) to ensure repeat business and account expansion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong B2B sales & business development experience
• Experience in IT Staffing / IT Consulting
• Client acquisition & relationship management
• Lead generation and account growth
• Strong understanding of the US IT services market
