Business Development Manager (with comm)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
In this role, you will identify high-value project opportunities, cultivate lasting client relationships, and promote our product portfolio to key decision-makers in the Data Centre, Commercial Building, and M&E industries.

Job Description

• Drive new business and market development across Malaysia and SEA.
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors, integrators, and end-users.
• Secure projects from design/specification stage through to execution.
• Promote products via meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Oversee specifications, submissions, and custom client requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Technical teams to convert leads and drive growth.
• Expand distributor and partner networks regionally.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover fresh opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business or related fields.

• Experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or a related field.

• Experience in industrial valves and M&E, building services, waterworks, data centre

  or related industries will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
