Business Development Manager (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience working with Singapore-based clients is an advantage.
