Business Development Manager（HR Solutions&Visa Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate clients and business opportunities in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ business needs and introduce suitable HR and workforce solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and service delivery.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed business targets.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, account management or client services.
• Experience in human resources, multinational companies, agency-side businesses, professional services or other service industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
