Business Development Office (BDO) Head

Job Description.

1. Identify and develop relationship with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
2. Create and expand IPM Construction and Development Corporation's footprint and build positive top of mind awareness.
3. Attend industry events such as exhibits, conventions, and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competitions, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospect.
4. Develop and maintains network of contact in various organizations such as PICE, UAP, REAP, and other organizations to build new business opportunities.
5. Coordinate and assist in the proposal process of IPM's Project Management team.
6. Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary in the growth of business.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Licensed Civil Engineer.
10 year's work experience in business development, 4 year's of which is in Managerial Capacity.
Experience working in a Construction company.
