Business Development Officer

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a talented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the sales and new business development industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively showcase our products and services
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Negotiate and close new business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
6. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
7. Continuously seek to expand your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the sales and new business development industry
2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
