What they need
a. Identifies, negotiates, and acquire new feasible sites in line with the store development plan targets.
b. Facilitate completely and on-time review, recommendation, and documentation (lease contract, new store site package, lessor requirements, initial due diligence, etc.) for new and existing stores.
c. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
d. Maintain linkage with established contacts with lessors, mall developers, and real estate brokers.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
