About the role
Join REFINETTE COSMETIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION as a Business Development Officer based in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic partnerships to expand the company's product offerings and market reach.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and establishing relationships with potential new clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of REFINETTE's products and services
- Negotiating and closing new business deals within set targets and timelines
- Providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for further growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to support the execution of the business development strategy
- Continuously researching the market, identifying industry trends, and making recommendations to improve the company's competitive positioning
About you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the health and beauty industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
