Business Development Officer

• Conduct field surveys to identify potential properties suitable for gasoline station development.

• Assess site characteristics including traffic flow, accessibility, road classification, population density, surrounding commercial activity, and competition.

• Evaluate land area, shape, elevation, and environmental conditions to determine suitability

• Lead the preparation ofcomprehensive feasibility studiescovering:

  • Market feasibility: fuel demand, customer potential, traffic volume counts, competitor mapping.
  • Technical feasibility: lot configuration, ingress/egress, utility availability, environmental sensitivity, zoning restrictions.
  • Financial feasibility: projected sales volume, ROI, and profitability assessment

• Initiate and manage negotiations with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.

• Secure property through lease, purchase, or long-term agreements aligned with company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in site acquisition, real estate development, retail fuel business, or related industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine zoning laws, land acquisition processes, and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to travel
