The Business Development Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, securing invitations to bid, and building a sustainable pipeline of construction and design-build projects.
The position is expected to proactively identify prospective clients and projects, facilitate company accreditation, coordinate client requirements with the Design, Estimating, Procurement, and Construction teams, and manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and project award.
The Business Development Manager shall not independently commit the company to pricing, technical specifications, contractual terms, or project schedules without the appropriate approval from Management.
