Business Development Officer

Qualifications:

·     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent

·     3 yrs & up experienced employee specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent

·     Capable of handling current and prospective clients, client retention and negotiation

·     Works well with others, a team player with a positive attitude and assertive

·     Required Skill(s): Communication, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service

·     Required language(s): English, Filipino

·     Willing to start ASAP

Job Description :

• Develops and sustains solid relationship with existing clients
• Does account management by providing after-sales support
• Gathers client feedback to determine whether clients are satisfied with the company’s products and services and to offer possible enhancement to existing agreement
• Generates leads, prepares proposals and meeting with potential clients to present company products and services and negotiate business deals
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
• Provides mentoring to other members of the team
