Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to generating new business, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates with previous experience in business development or sales will be given preference; however, internship experience in a relevant role will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Work with online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces to generate leads and close projects.
• Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to meet client needs.
• Track and report business development activities and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or freelance marketplace management; internship experience will also be considered.
• O Level / A Level educational background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar lead-generation tools.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Employment Type
Full-time — Office-based position in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
