Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with prior experience in field sales

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to client queries promptly and maintain proactive communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Escalate customer issues to the concerned team or higher authorities whenever required to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting assigned targets and responsibilities.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
