Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up daily orders processing (B2B focus), and handle logistic arrangement accordingly
• Provide quality customer service by answering enquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints and follow up on customer feedback
• Communicate with warehouse staff and track on the stock level to ensure sufficient inventory
• Provide sales and administration support such as handling sales inquiries, quotation and invoice preparation
• Prepare sales & KPI reports for management review
• Assist in organizing Roadshow (seasonal)
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Business or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG or retail industry is preferable
• Organized and detail-minded
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot Table), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
