Business Development Officer

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, and corporate partners.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital channels, and professional contacts.
• Present company services, prepare proposals, and communicate service benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential enquiries into confirmed business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, companies, and referral networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, meetings, conversions, client feedback, and business performance.
• Achieve assigned business targets and submit regular sales and business development reports to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
