Business Development Officer

Brief Job Descriptions:

1. Asset Management

• Handle rental negotiations and lease renewals.

• Coordinate operational requests and concerns, including Marketing, Accounting and payment, and Engineering matters.

• Support store rightsizing and renovation initiatives.

• Manage store closures and refund-related requirements.

• Maintain and regularly update monitoring files, reports, and databases.

2. Store Expansion

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for new store development.

• Conduct site visits and coordinate site acquisition activities.

• Handle negotiations, documentation, and other site acquisition requirements.

• Prepare business decks, financial analyses, site packs, and other materials needed for site evaluation and approval.

• Coordinate pre-construction and pre-opening requirements with concerned departments.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders throughout the development process until store opening.

3. Business Development & External Relations

• Represent the brand in industry events, networking activities, and other professional engagements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, business partners, and other key stakeholders.

• Support other business development initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of experience in site sourcing, site acquisition and negotiation with lessors
• With background in Food or retail industry
• With strong negotiation skills
• Willing to do field work in Metro Manila or in North Luzon.
