Emjay Homes and Properties is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales/business development.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must be proactive, presentable, and result-oriented.
Attractive Package: ₦100,000 monthly salary + 10% commission on successful sales and other infringe benefits.
