Full Time | Office-Based | Cebu City
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in logistics or manpower services
- Proven track record in bringing in clients for manpower/staffing services
- Existing network of HR, staffing, or corporate contacts is a strong advantage
- Strong track record in client relationship building & closing manpower deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting clients on-site
