Business Development Officer (Partner Relations)

• Lead the Charge: Be responsible for our Partner Relationship Manager Department and drive strategic partnerships to new heights.
• Engage and Inspire: Connect with potential partners and sales professionals while keeping a pulse on market trends to spark innovative ideas and collaborations.
• Team Player: Collaborate harmoniously with your colleagues to drive business development and achieve team goals.
• Travel Ready: Be open to traveling to various locations within Malaysia as needed

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related fields
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills, additional language is considered a plus
• Ability to speak mandarin is a definite plus
• Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business knowledge
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Excellent people management skills
• Outstanding decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
• Solid computer literacy
• Previous experience in FX industry is considered a plus
