Job Title: Business Development Partner — HR Consulting (Commission-Based)
Location: Ibadan, Nigeria
Job Type: Independent Partner | Commission-Only | Hybrid
About Us: We are an established HR consulting firm in Ibadan seeking an experienced corporate sales/business development professional to join as a Business Development Partner. This is not a salaried role. You earn a percentage of revenue/profit from every client you bring in and manage, with no cap on earning potential.
What we want:
- 7+ years in corporate sales, marketing, or business development, ideally selling into HR, professional services, B2B consulting or banking
- Proven track record closing large corporate accounts
- Existing network of corporate decision-makers in Nigeria
What you get:
- Attractive, uncapped commission structure on all business you generate
- A voice in how your accounts are serviced and in firm strategy discussions
