We’re Looking for a Freelance Business Development Partner – Recruitment

Ayura Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development / Client Acquisition Partner to help us grow our recruitment business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already knows how to find companies, approach decision-makers and close B2B recruitment deals.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential companies with active hiring requirements
• Connect with Founders, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams & decision-makers
• Generate qualified recruitment leads
• Introduce Ayura Talent Solutions and our recruitment services
• Handle follow-ups, discussions and negotiations
• Convert prospects into recruitment clients
• Take the client relationship through lead → meeting → requirement → agreement → deal closure
• Handover confirmed requirements to our recruitment team

Commission-Based Opportunity

20%–30% commission on the actual payment received from the client.

There is no fixed salary, but there is no limit on your earning potential.

The more clients you close, the more you earn.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has B2B Business Development / Sales experience
Has experience selling recruitment/staffing/HR services — preferred
Can independently generate leads
Is confident speaking with Founders, HR Heads and senior decision-makers
Has strong negotiation and closing skills
Can work independently on a freelance basis
Has an existing business network or strong client-acquisition skills

Work Mode: Remote / Freelance
Engagement: Commission Based
Commission: 20%–30%

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
