About the Opportunity

JRC Staffing Solutions is seeking a commission-only Business Development Partner to help grow our client base throughout New York's Capital Region.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced, self-motivated business development professional who is comfortable building relationships, opening doors, and generating new business.

There is no base salary or hourly compensation . You earn commission on the business you originate, with no cap on earning potential.

Your focus is simple: develop client relationships and bring staffing opportunities to JRC Staffing Solutions. We handle the recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and staffing operations behind you.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop prospective clients throughout the Capital Region
• Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers
• Identify current and upcoming temporary staffing needs
• Introduce employers to JRC Staffing Solutions
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and existing professional relationships
• Conduct initial conversations to understand an employer's staffing needs
• Develop qualified opportunities and help move prospective clients toward working with JRC
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity information in our CRM
• Coordinate with JRC once a client is ready to begin staffing
• Continue developing accounts to generate repeat and expanded business

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or hourly wage.

Business Development Partners earn commission on qualifying business they originate for JRC Staffing Solutions.

Commission opportunities may include ongoing revenue generated from temporary staffing accounts as well as other approved staffing and recruiting business.

There is no cap on commissions.

Detailed commission percentages, payment timing, account eligibility, and residual commission terms will be provided and agreed upon before beginning the partnership.

Existing relationships with employers throughout the Capital Region are a strong plus.
