Business Development Representative – Automated Parking Systems
Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to establish and grow Alliance Parking Solutions (APS) across Ontario and Eastern Canada.

About Alliance Parking Solutions
Alliance Parking Solutions (APS) is a Canadian provider of automated parking solutions serving Ontario and Eastern Canada.
APS is an authorized partner of WÖHR Autoparksysteme, one of the world's leading manufacturers of automated parking systems. APS provides sales, project coordination, installation, service, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and ongoing support for automated parking systems.
Our solutions are designed to help developers, architects, engineers, municipalities, and property owners solve one of the most significant challenges facing modern urban development: how to provide more parking while using less valuable real estate.
APS provides a range of automated parking technologies designed for residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, hospitality, and other applications.
We are a growing company with an entrepreneurial environment and are looking for someone who wants to build something, rather than simply manage an existing book of business.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a new office, attending a construction site, connecting with a developer on LinkedIn, and creating an opportunity where one did not previously exist.
You should be naturally curious, persistent, professional, and motivated by results.
You don't need to know everything about automated parking when you start. You do need to know how to build relationships, find opportunities, and earn the next meeting. APS will provide the technical product training and support necessary to help you succeed.
If you are a proven business developer who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, and selling innovative technical solutions, we want to hear from you.
Alliance Parking Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates participating in the selection process.
No Agencies Please.
Only candidates with the required skills, experience, and qualifications will be considered for an interview.
Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
