ClearView Business Solutions

ClearView Business Solutions Oldsmar, FL | Full-time | Monday–Friday | In-office Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonuses
ClearView Business Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative to work from our Oldsmar office, connect with local businesses, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
We provide copiers, printers, and managed print solutions throughout Tampa Bay and are expanding our managed IT services. We’re looking for someone with proven B2B appointment-setting experience who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and following through.
This position offers the opportunity to advance into an outside sales role based on performance and readiness.
What you’ll do

Make daily outbound calls and send personalized follow-up emails to existing customers and prospective business accounts.

Schedule customer account reviews, equipment renewal discussions, and appointments to explore additional technology needs.

Reach decision-makers, qualify opportunities, handle objections professionally, and book new-business appointments for our sales team.

Maintain accurate contact information, contract timing, call notes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM. Confirm appointments and help prevent no-shows.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated success in B2B cold calling and appointment setting. Copier or IT industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Clear, confident phone communication and professional email writing.

Strong organization, consistent follow-through, and comfort working toward daily activity and qualified-appointment goals.

Someone dependable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback and being accountable for results.

This is an outbound sales position—not an inbound customer service or administrative role. You should genuinely enjoy talking with people, working through objections, and creating opportunities.
What you can expect
You’ll receive training on our products and services, and have access to an established customer base alongside new-business prospecting opportunities. Compensation includes base pay and performance bonuses.
For someone who wants to build a career in business-to-business technology sales, this role provides a path to learn the business, demonstrate results, and potentially move into outside sales.
This position requires working onsite at our Oldsmar office. It is not remote or hybrid.
How to apply
Submit your résumé and a brief description of your B2B appointment-setting experience. Include the types of businesses you contacted and the appointment results you achieved.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
