Business Development Representative (ONSITE)

We are hiring a confident Business Development Representative / Cold Caller to generate leads and book qualified product demos for our US-based market.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to US business owners and decision-makers.

* Introduce our live chat service and identify customer needs.

* Handle objections and qualify prospects.

* Book product demonstrations and manage follow-ups/callbacks.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and daily call reports.

* Follow US telemarketing and Do-Not-Call requirements.

Requirements:

* Experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or business development.

* Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation.

* Comfortable speaking with US customers.

* Confident, professional, persuasive, and target-oriented.

* Able to have natural conversations rather than simply reading a script.

Working Hours: 9 PM – 6 AM | Full-Time | ONSITE
