Are you good at finding potential clients, getting the right person on the phone, and turning a cold prospect into a real conversation?

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to focus on research, lead generation, and outbound prospecting for global markets.

Your Day-to-Day

Research
Find businesses and decision-makers that fit our target market.

Build
Create and maintain quality prospect lists.

Reach Out
Connect with prospects through outbound calls and other outreach channels.

Qualify
Ask the right questions, understand their needs, and identify potential opportunities.

Follow Up
Keep conversations moving and maintain consistent contact with prospects.

Track
Keep lead information and activities updated in the CRM.

You’ll Fit In If You Have

• Experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting
• Background in telemarketing, appointment setting, BPO sales, or business development
• Confidence speaking with new prospects
• Strong research, communication, and listening skills
• Good follow-through and organization
• A proactive, target-driven mindset
• Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• AU/US market experience is an advantage
