Business Development Representative (BDR) – HOA Services

Atlanta HOA Services (AHS) is the boots on the ground for HOA communities in Metro Atlanta. We give HOA boards and community association managers professional field oversight: inspections, vendor accountability, capital project coordination (roofing, paving, drainage, pools, security cameras), and deferred maintenance planning. We're hiring a local BDR to open conversations with community association managers (CAMs), association firms, and HOA board members, learn where they need help, and book qualified meetings for our sales lead. Because you're local, you'll also join some in-person meetings and community walks. This is a starter sales role with direct access to the founder and a real path to growth. What you'll do - Research and verify CAMs, association firms, and board decision-makers in metro Atlanta - Make outbound calls during business hours, with short personal email and LinkedIn follow-up - Find communities with upcoming projects, vendor problems, or maintenance needs - Qualify prospects and book meetings with a clear purpose - Keep accurate notes in Close CRM and send a short daily update - Suggest messaging improvements based on real conversations What we're looking for - Lives in metro Atlanta (required) - 6+ months of cold calling, SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing phone experience; strong recent grads welcome - Clear, confident phone presence; handles objections without reading a script - Reliable follow-through and clean CRM notes - Plus: property services, construction, roofing, landscaping, or facilities background. HOA knowledge helpful but not required Pay and schedule - $20–24/hr depending on experience, plus a bonus for every qualified meeting that actually happens - About 20 hrs/week in a consistent block between 9am and 5pm ET, with room to grow to full time - Hybrid: mix of remote calling and time at our Dunwoody office / in the field - Paid two-week trial, then ongoing How to apply - please answer briefly: 1.
