Business Development Representative

1. Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate qualified leads for a UAE-based B2B company.
2. Target decision-makers (CTO, CIO, IT Director, CFO, COO, VP Operations) at 51-500 employee companies in the UAE market.
3. Qualify prospects and book discovery calls directly on the sales team's calendar.
4. Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM.
5. Consistently hit monthly targets for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
6. Coordinate with the Dubai-based sales team on messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategy.
7. Continuously refine outreach scripts and sequences based on response rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Prior experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, ideally in Software as a Service (SaaS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or IT services.
2. Strong written and spoken English, comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
3. Hands-on experience with cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and outbound sequencing platforms.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
6. Prior exposure to the UAE or GCC B2B market is a strong plus.
7. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred; open to sharp junior candidates who can demonstrate outbound skill in the application itself.
