Business Development Representative

Conrad Mortgage — Strongsville, OH (Northeast Ohio territory) Conrad Mortgage is growing, and we're hiring a Business Development Representative to open doors. You'll build the referral engine — realtor partnerships, builder relationships, and community connections that turn into funded loans for our team. This is a hunter role for someone who loves people, lives on relationships, and wants their income tied to the growth they create. What you'll do: - Build and manage referral partnerships with realtors, builders, and local businesses across Northeast Ohio - Generate purchase business for our loan officer team — your relationships are the pipeline - Represent Conrad Mortgage at networking events, open houses, closings, and community events - Track partnership activity and pipeline in our CRM; report what's working and what isn't - Work directly with Lindsey and Matt to target the partnerships that matter most What you bring: - 2+ years in sales, business development, or relationship management (mortgage or real estate experience strongly preferred) - An existing network in Northeast Ohio real estate is a major plus - Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told — you build your own playbook - Comfortable with technology and CRM; organized enough to run a real pipeline - High energy, high integrity — you are the face of the company in the market Compensation — $40k–$60k base plus bonus - Base salary $40,000–$60,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus - Uncapped upside for hunters — details in the interview To apply: Email your resume to [email protected]
