Local Sales Representative

We're looking for a young, hungry sales professional ready to build something real. This isn't a desk job, it's a portfolio to grow, relationships to build, and a local market to own.

Compensation: $40,000 base + commission, top performers clear six figures.

What you'll do:

Hunt down new business and close it

Manage and grow your own book of accounts

Stay in constant motion, calls, emails, in-person meetings, day after day

Hit monthly and quarterly targets and push past them

What we're looking for:

Someone with sales chops already, even a little is enough if the drive is real

A self-starter who thrives on daily activity and a full pipeline

Strong communicator who can build trust fast

Comfortable picking up the phone and showing up in person

Hungry for growth, coachable, and ready to put in the work
