An AI-powered sales automation provider helping teams supercharge their outreach our platform has driven a 5x increase in outreach and conversion rates for clients. Backed by strong momentum, we're aiming to double in size over the next 12 months, and we're fully remote.

About the Role

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of 10-15 active client accounts, acting as the key point of contact and driving results across every campaign. You'll:

• Lead the service team to deliver outstanding client campaigns
• Analyse performance data to keep campaigns running at peak efficiency
• Report directly to the CEO & Founder, with real visibility and influence

About You

• 1+ years' experience in Account Management or sdr/bdr role
• Background in a technology business or sales agency
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with start-up experience a strong plus
• Confident engaging with multiple stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers
