A Moment's Notice Health Care has been proudly serving the Treasure Coast for 52 years, and we're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to help us continue growing!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Getting out into the community and building relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and potential referral sources
• Attending networking events, community gatherings, and other opportunities to represent our agency
• Creating new connections while maintaining relationships with our existing referral sources
• Thinking outside the box and bringing fresh, creative ideas to help our business grow
• Following up with potential referral partners and identifying new opportunities
• Occasionally lending a hand around the office with light administrative tasks, answering phones, scheduling, or helping wherever needed
• Provide occasional light administrative support, including answering phones, organizing materials, and assisting with general office tasks as needed

• You have experience in business development, marketing, or healthcare. That's a plus, but the right personality and willingness to learn are just as important to us!

  A Little About the Schedule

  This is a full-time position with flexible hours, because we understand that not every great opportunity happens between 9 and 5!

  While much of your time will be spent connecting with referral partners and attending community events during regular business hours, some evening and weekend availability will be required for networking events, community activities, and other business development opportunities.

  We're looking for someone who appreciates flexibility, can manage their schedule independently, and understands that building relationships sometimes means showing up outside of traditional office hours!
