Caden Equities is a buy-side acquisitions firm representing a select group of established operators acquiring skilled nursing and assisted living facilities nationwide. We source off-market deals directly from owners. No listings, no auctions.

The Role
You’ll spend your day on the phone calling nursing home and assisted living owners across the country to find out if they’re open to selling. Your one job is to start conversations and book calls for our Managing Partner. You don’t negotiate or close. You open doors.

What You’ll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day from our target lists
• Reach owners and decision makers, get past gatekeepers, and leave clear voicemails
• Qualify interest and book a follow-up call with our Managing Partner
• Log every call and outcome in our tracking sheet
• Follow up persistently with warm leads over weeks and months

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of outbound cold calling or phone sales
• Comfortable with high volume and hearing “no” all day
• Clear, confident, natural on the phone
• Organized and disciplined working from home
• Healthcare or real estate background is a plus, not required

Compensation

• Base salary
• Bonus for every qualified meeting booked
• Bonus on every deal that closes from your lead

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
