Business Development Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through outreach, cold calling, and relationship building with potential clients in the UK and US markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target accounts and develop customized solutions for corporate training programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely response rates, resolving issues promptly, and delivering high-quality results.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the EdTech industry.
• Proven track record of success in international sales (UK/US) with a focus on corporate training or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regions' education systems, including familiarity with Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited's offerings.
• Excellent communication skills for effective SDR activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
