This position is designed for candidates interested in developing sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while contributing to the continued growth of our organization.

No previous business development experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop into a successful member of our team.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients
• Identify client needs and introduce available products and services
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients
• Support client acquisition and retention efforts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve growth goals
