Business Development Representative

FreightUp Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will actively attend trade shows and expos, conduct on-site visits with potential customers, and build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate new business.
• Conduct on-site visits with prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the logistics industry.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through our CRM.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL (required).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required).
• Previous experience attending trade shows and expos (required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits.
• HubSpot CRM experience is preferred.
