• 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment
• Strong performance track record
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience with Outreach.io
• Solid fundamental skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting and opportunity qualification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What the job involves

• We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team
• As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible mainly for outbound pipeline generation and generating qualified opportunities
• You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver new business opportunities
• Hit and exceed monthly quota
• Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with an emphasis on quality
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly performance results
• Collaborate with teammates on the BDR team to continually improve systems, tools and processes
• Collaborate with AE’s to multi-thread and generate new outbound business opportunities
