What they need

StyleBite Staging helps homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale through beautifully designed home staging. With over 1,000 homes staged, and an experienced design and logistics team, we’re ready to grow.

We’re looking for a proactive, personable salesperson to introduce our services, develop relationships, and bring in new projects. You don’t need a background in staging, we’ll teach you our services. You do need to be comfortable reaching out to new people, creating opportunities, following up consistently, and closing.

Your role is to build relationships with real estate agents, uncover upcoming staging opportunities, and turn conversations into booked projects and repeat business.

This is a hands-on sales role with daily outbound prospecting and in-person visits to real estate offices. You should enjoy initiating conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and following through without needing daily reminders.

Compensation

  • This is a base plus commission role, so you have steady income while you build your pipeline
  • ~8% commission on new projects closed
  • ~3% commission on repeat business
  • Bonus for meeting quarterly targets
  • Company phone and laptop provided
  • Typical earnings range: $60,000 to $120,000+ based on performance

What you’ll do

  • Create opportunities: Call real estate agents, reconnect with existing contacts, and research agents with active or upcoming listings.
  • Get out into the market: Visit real estate offices, introduce StyleBite, and arrange meetings with agents and decision-makers.
  • Understand the opportunity: Ask about upcoming listings, current staging arrangements, seller concerns, budgets, and timelines.
  • Earn the next step: Secure property details, consultations, or walkthroughs that move a genuine opportunity forward.
  • Follow through to a decision: Coordinate proposals with our team, handle objections, and follow up consistently to win projects.
  • Build repeat business: Stay connected with agents between listings and develop relationships that generate ongoing work.
  • Own your pipeline: Keep the CRM updated daily with clear notes, next steps, follow-up dates, and opportunity status.

You’ll work with both our existing database and new prospects. You’ll be expected to generate business proactively, alongside following up on opportunities provided by the company.

What success looks like

  • A consistent weekly routine of calls, visits to real estate offices, and follow-up.
  • Meaningful conversations with agents who have relevant listing opportunities.
  • Qualified consultations, walkthroughs, and proposals.
  • Booked staging projects and growing relationships with repeat clients.
  • Accurate CRM records and clear reporting on activity and results.

We track calls, conversations, appointments, proposals, and wins. You’ll be accountable for both the work you put in and the business it produces.

Who will thrive here

  • You have experience winning business through outbound sales, cold calling, or field sales.
  • You can explain how you personally found prospects, followed up, and closed business.
  • You’re comfortable approaching people who haven’t heard of you and professionally handling rejection.
  • You manage your day well, arrive prepared, and keep your commitments.
  • You listen carefully and can sell value when a prospect is focused on price.
  • You welcome coaching and put feedback into practice.
  • You communicate clearly by phone, email, text, and in person.
  • You own a car and can drive to real estate offices and appointments throughout Toronto and the GTA.

Experience selling to real estate agents, such as photography, mortgage, inspection, marketing, or other property services is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Do you own a car and are you able to drive withing GTA to different real estate offices?
  • What have you sold, who did you sell to, and how much of your business did you generate yourself?
