HeroProtects (Aegis Administration) is a fast-growing home and auto warranty company. We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Rep to bring new sales partners onto our platform. You'll be finding call centers and sales teams that sell protection plans, showing them why HeroProtects is the better partner, and closing the deal.

This is a true hunter role. You'll build your own pipeline, own your wins, and build a book of business that keeps paying you as your partners grow.

What you'll do

• Find and close new sales partners: phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events. Whatever works.
• Run demos and pitch what makes us different: real claims support and a partner program built to help sellers win.
• Stay close to the partners you sign and help them grow.
• Keep your pipeline organized in Salesforce.

What you bring

• You live in the St. Louis area and want to be in the office with the team.
• 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of opening doors and closing.
• Energy, grit, and a competitive streak. You don't wait for leads to come to you.
• Warranty, insurance, auto or call-center sales experience is a big plus.
